From the moment we arrived, Federica and Paola at Reception went above and beyond, suggesting delightful eateries and ensuring our room was upgraded to a stunning suite that effortlessly blended comfort and opulence. The hotel's luxurious spa-set in the vaulted former bank-offered us a serene escape; the heated swimming pool and relaxation areas rejuvenated both body and spirit after our urban explorations. Breakfasts were a treat, featuring an impressive selection of local ingredients, while the vibrant Gold Bar provided us a charming setting to unwind with exquisite cocktails, perfectly paired with the hotel's lively ambiance. I wholeheartedly look forward to returning for another weekend retreat in this captivating city.
